Six laminators give Pictographics lamination to 126” and three different lamination technologies to meet every surface protection need.
Hot and Pressure Sensitive Roll-to-Roll Lamination
Pictographics has the 82” AGL, 64” AGL, 64” Orca III, and 38” Falcon. Very few shops can roll-to-roll laminate over 80” or the horsepower to be running multiple machines simultaneously.
Three-Meter Aqueous Liquid Lamination
Pictographics can laminate up to 126” with our water based “Picto-Protect” roll-to roll liquid laminator. We have laminates that can control sheen, have better UV protection than a traditional laminate, and have abrasion resistance enough for us to do vehicle graphics and huge tents. Pictographics has been providing industry leading liquid lamination since 1997.
Picto LUV Lam
LUV stands for Liquid UV. We have one of the only large-format UV laminators in the region. This is particularly good for rigid material that comes off our two UV cured printers. LUV Lam gives us the ability to control sheen and protect the print surface from abrasion.
